Can't play a game on my XboxOne that I bought on Xbox360's market

Hello, I've bought the game Beyond Good & Evil HD a long time ago on my xbox360's market and now I want to play it on my xboxOne but it's only give me the possibility to buy it again on the XboxOne's market, even if I'm using the same account.

However, the game Rayman 3 I bought exactly the same way that I bought BG&E HD, it was proposing me to download it on my XboxOne directly.

So, what can I do ?

Xbox360 account problem on Xboxone

i have a problem using my xbox360 account on my xboxone, when i try to play a 360 game on the One my account doesn't log in (in many cases the game freeze on the xbox360 logo)

All the games that i have tried are playable on xboxone so i don't know where is the problem HELP! (im italian so sorry if bad english)

 

Can you play together in same household with one gold membership?

I have one xboxone and one xbox360, on xboxone i pay for one gold membership, however, my friends account is also gold because of this.

Would their account still be gold one the xbox360 and allow us to play games online that require gold if we were to get one xbox360 copy and one xboxone copy of the game?

Did you buy the digital version of the game or the disc?

If you have the digital version, yes, make sure you are logged into your Xbox with the same account that you purchased it with. You should see the game in your "Ready to Install" section of your Xbox, download the game from there.

For disc version, it should download as soon as you put the disc in, keep in mind that to play the disc version, the disc will have to be in the tray to play.
