Can’t play a game anymore. Xbox cloud

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions to verify if your subscription is still Active.

If you still have an Active subscription, please proceed with performing troubleshooting steps on your console.

1. Remove your Account

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

2. Add your Account

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move down, and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

3. Power Cycle your Console

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Please also check other Xbox Cloud games to see if you will encounter the same issue.

If you are still encountering the same issue after removing and adding your account on your console, please proceed with resetting your console.

Please follow these steps, but don't worry for you won't be losing anything as long as your console is connected to the internet. Please be reminded that resetting your console will remove the accounts that are currently signed in on your console, but you can add them back, and you will need to set the account as Home Xbox if there are any.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

“Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???

I just log in on safari and put xbox cloud gaming in the homescreen and play. But sometimes i can’t play fortnite because i can’t Click anywhere
