Cant Play 360 games on game pass?

So I have a series S and For a few months now it doesn’t sign me into 360 games like fable or oblivion. You obviously need to sign in in order to save your progress....It says my email and password are wrong. I’ve changed it twice now and still the same message. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

We will be needing to remove and re-add your Xbox 360 profile on your Xbox so you can successfully play the game again.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Load up an Xbox 360 backward compatible game

2. Press the menu and view button on the controller at the same time to open the Xbox 360 guide

3. Press "X" to sign out of your account

You should see an option labeled as "Download Profile" then press "A" to confirm

4. Enter your Microsoft Account credentials.

Please make sure that your PC location is setup correctly where you’re physically located as well.

The problem was in the time zone, I found it by accident. I set it automatically, set the correct time, and everything worked.

Yes, I change my region to United States. When I moved I get new pc and I play a week in this account with US region. But now it still doesnt work

You need to change the region of your account to United States.
