Downloaded civilization revolution and everytime i try to download my profile on the 360 screen it says im not connected to xbox live. What the heck is going on.

Can't donwload "Dead Rising 1" nor "Dead Rising Off the Record" On Xbox One

Dont understand why i cant download those games even though i have already paid for them on the Xbox 360.

WTH Do I Need To Be Online To Play Indie Games?!

i agree you should be able to play a game you paid for whenever. how is it fair that i paid for a game but if i lose my internet connection i cant play it any longer. i dont care if they cut the online features if i dont pay for gold or something but why
cant i play an offline game unless im online? completely unfair

Sorry to hear about the issue, let's give these steps a shot first!

Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One guide menu.

Within the settings screen, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage'.

Within the storage screen, select 'clear local Xbox 360 storage'.

Once those steps have been completed, give it another shot and let us know if it helped!

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to launch a digital game on your Xbox 360.

I would like to refer you to an article that covers
being unable to use downloaded content on your console, as this has several different solutions that you can use in order to troubleshoot this further.

Requesting a refund has become more of a self-service options, so this something that you would
need to be signed into your account in order for you to see eligible items and request them on your end.

There's a ton of older games I used to play on 360, but cant on the 1? This is a consumer loyalty prob. guys/gals? I mean, I have paid the fiddler his price for the "1", and bought some new games for it too, but I'm not buying into the idea that all the
older 360 games are lost forever!

Please also check the purchase that you made before on your account through your order history here:

Check if you can find the game completely purchased on there. Try searching the game from the store and see if you can install it from there or if it says that you owned it.

I have been in a similar situation before. Not with Mortal Kombat, but, Forza games.

1. So, I purchased the "ultimate edition" ADD-ON for the "base" game of Forza.
1. Now, here, the 'base' game was from Xbox Game Pass, which I don't own.

1. But, I own the "ultimate edition" ADD-ON for the "base" game.

But then, one month, due to some card issues, I lost game pass for a few days. Now, Forza became "unavailable" because, I won the DLC but not the game itself.

Then, later, I fixed my card issues, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate got renewed. And, I could play again.

So, perhaps, something similar happened?

See if you 'own' the base game as well. If not, you may have to buy the 'base game' only and the DLC will get attached to it.
