    Can’t pay past due payment???


    My Xbox live gold was suspended because I didnt have enough money on my card but when I got enough money it keeps saying there’s a temporary problem with the service and to try again later but its been a whole day and it still says the same thing. Anyone
    know what to do?

    Xbox live Gold auto renewal

    hi reader,

    i got email from microsoft billing today says that my master card failed to pay for xbox live subscription ($ 9.99) .. its ok because my credit card is out of money and i know that .

    i ended up with $9.99 past due Can’t pay past due payment??? :( i didn't ask for that and i don't remember checking a box for a auto renewal every month Can’t pay past due payment??? :(

    lets say that i didn't refill my credit card with money and didn't pay my past due will that make it 20$ next month -_-?

    why 20 $ ?

    because it says i can't stop auto renewal if i have past due :

    "You can’t cancel an Xbox subscription if it is past due or suspended. You’ll need to pay the past due balance before you can cancel or turn off auto renewal."

    so my question is will my due will keep increase every month if i didn't pay my 9$ now ?

    Problem with Services and subscriptions

    Hi, I have a problem paying a past due subscription ( Xbox live Gold). When i try to go to "Services and subscriptions it appears an error "Something happened at our end, and we can’t display all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help".

    Sorry to hear it. If you have a past due amount on your account you would need to pay this off to get back online and gaming. It would also block you from purchasing or adding more content to your account. Please log in to
    account.microsoft.com to see your account info and pay off any outstanding amounts.
