Can’t pay over due subscription

    Can’t pay over due subscription


    I just bought a $25 gift card so i can renew my over due gamepass ultimate but it is saying i need to use paypal credit/debit card or moblie phone there is no option for microsoft credits. How do i renew it

    On the subscription page in settings it is saying i can pay with microsoft account balance why is that.

    You need to pay off any outstanding balance via credit/debit or paypal before you can apply a gift card to the account

    Yeah but you dont seem to understand

    When it comes to past due balances you need an creditcard

    You can buy individual memberships with

    balances but again you still need a back up method for automatic payments due to auto renewal

    If you dont want autorenewal you need to turn it autorenewal off BEFORE it renews

    Suspension for payment option occurs 21days into your membership not day 1
