Don't forget they may have joined on the 14 day trial or another promotion and didn't expect an autocharge. While it is each accounts own responsibility, you seem very judgemental as an ambassador in this situation.

So thats the thing! You have just tested my assumption that the service is wrong and wont let me pay for whatever reason; i would HELP someone on the same situation, step by step. You are saying that is my fault ( i have the money to pay it) thats not the
problem! This is YOUR ( microsoft) problem, not mine! I have to deal with it. I dont know yet but i will find the contacts means to give your response the feedback it deserves. Just to be clear i did not ask for your opinion aboit the xbox pass service i am
asking for help.very bad overall!

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty paying your past due balance on your subscription. If you haven't already, try the steps in our support article entitled How
to pay a past due balance on an Xbox subscription which will detail how to take care of the overdue payment.

As our Ambassador previously pointed out, if the PayPal account was previously used to establish the subscription and you are not able to use it to pay the balance, then its recommended to try an alternate payment instrument.
Should you still continue to have issues in getting that balance cleared, you may alternately
request a call back from Xbox Support and they will be happy to help you get it sorted.

I would enter your specific card information to pay if it no longer accepts paypal account, often times Paypal does not accept a transaction if paypal itself has backed up charges as well.

I have tried everything to pay for a 9.99€ overdue subscription for xbox game pass. First thing i would say is i will not subscribe this again and i wont recommend it to anyone! I will pay it though.

The second thing is that not always is easy to find these forums because microsoft webpages crash or ..i dont know.

I assume my question is; how can i pay the subscription if the microsoft store does not accept the paypal account that was used prior to subscribe to it?
