    Cant pay for my subscriptions because I live in Australia


    My Xbox games pass has been renewal has been declined, I know it was declined because I changed my PayPal password but i am unable to update my PayPal setting due to the fact that I live in Australia and I can only update the setting
    in the United States. I am very confused and frustrated as I have no idea what is going on

    My xbox live account is suspended from past due fees, which I know is not true.

    Exactly what my title says, I cant pay for my next subscription because it's telling me I owe 20$.

    Network Test says all services are good. Everything good, yet still can't launch any games downloaded.

    Cant play destiny because it keeps saying I have to be connected to Xbox live...ive been a member for 7 years and my subscription renews in July. WHATS GOING ON ?!?! I'm paying a yearly subscription for this kind of service?

    No - I want to use the Australia Store, in Australia with my Australian credit-card (that pays my monthly Game Pass subscription with $AUD in Australia) on my Australian xbox one.

    (My understanding is the only way to access the Australia Store is to change the location setting - But as above, the console becomes unusable on a Australia location setting with multiple errors, that arnt experienced when set to US).
