Can´t pair controllers

I have a Xbox One with two gamepads. Even though they both work perfectly with the console, I can´t connect any of them via Bluetooth with any other device. I´ve tried an Android TV box (Xiaomi Mi box), two different laptops (both with Windows 10) and an
Android mobile phone. I turn on the gampads, press the connect button and they start "blinking" as they are supposed to do, but they are not found by any device. They do work if they are connected with a wire (I tried with the Android TV box). I´ve already
tried updating both gamepads. Why aren´t they found with the Bluetooth connection? Is there some kind of hidden mode or security option I may have switched on and can´t find now? Should I "un-pair" them from the Xbox before trying to pair them to any other
device?

I just received my replacement console. Controllers paired instantly with the new console and they work well.

Have you tried pairing with Kinect? That's an often missed one.

Which version or the xbox controller do you have. The original V1 Controllers do not support blue tooth.

You require the 2nd generation of controller that launched around the same time as the Xbox One Slim console

If you don't happen the have the V2 controllers you can buy the Xbox controller adapter and it can connect up to 7 controllers.
