    Cant open xbox insiders. it just says

    It's been available since Thursday. Please open the Xbox Insiders Hub (download it if necessary). You should be able to access the Beta from there.

    Sorry to hear it. If you entered an incorrect birth date on your account when you created it I'm afraid that nothing can be done. Once set, the date cannot be changed and must age normally. Sorry but you'll need to wait until the account's age reaches
