Can't open Sudoku

Sudoku keeps looping back to start screen, will not open sudoku games for the last 3 to 4 days

Yes I have several times, it made no difference. I also have the same issue with Sudoku and can't log into that either but can open Mahjong and Solitaire.

Let me provide some resources to help but please keep in mind the following items:

• Have you double checked that all your apps are up to date? Specifically, if the game services is application is out of date it can cause this.

• The same can go for Windows, ensure it is updated as well.
  
  • Update Windows | Windows Support
    

Try the above first, if you are still having problems then you can follow these instructions

1. Repair and reset the Xbox App and Gaming Services.
   
   • Open the Settings app on your computer and go to Apps, then find the Xbox app.
     
   • Next, click Advanced Options, then scroll down the list and click Repair (let it repair) then click Reset (let it reset)
     
   • Now repeat for Gaming Services and the Microsoft Store.
     
2. Check the core services that run in the background which provide the Xbox app, and Game Pass all their functionality and connectivity.
   
   • Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).
     
   • Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)
     
   • Xbox Accessory Management Service
     
   • Xbox Live Auth Manager
     
   • Xbox Live Game Save
     
   • Xbox Live Networking Service
     
   • When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running, you can skip them.

I have the exact same problem. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Can click on the green xbox button in the upper right corner of Sudoku, and sign into xbox just fine, but Sudoku can't sign in. Have even exited Sudoku, and punched the "Play Sudoku" button
within xbox, which starts Sudoku, but Sudoku still can't connect. All of my other games work fine.

I have seen a message from time to time within Sudoku over the last 2 days which seems to say that this is a new version and you don't have to sign into xbox to play, but then I lose all my history of what has happened in the last 4 years. The message disappears
before I can study it. Is this a new version? Or maybe I am misinterpreting the message.

Hello! It still rotates even with the rotation lock on when I open sudoku .
