Can't open game

A few months ago, I got Persona 5 royale on my laptop. I had to bring my laptop in to fix, logging me out of a lot of things and undownloading things and such. I sign back into my microsoft account, and when I try to open the game it says:

Persona 5 Royal is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

It even says on my computer that is it downloaded, I'm not sure what is the issue here?
