Can't open a return request

I am trying to get a return/repair request done for a controller I have, which is still in warranty.

Every time I follow the instructions, I get to the same point - I click "Enter new address" and the whole process falls over and crashes.

I have tried to get a callback from support and although it says there is a 2 min waiting time, I input my number and it says something like "Something went wrong on our side, we are working on it, Try again later".

Can someone please help me to figure out why I can't start a repair request? I have updated my Microsoft addresses, made sure everything is up to date.. I have no paddles left on this one.

Here is an example of me trying to get hold of Xbox support...Over and over.

So if I can't raise a return request, I can't directly contact Xbox support, and the community can't assist.. what am I exactly supposed to do?

Hello Arx1533 as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, we can not specify the actual reason or open the service order for you.

Try contacting Xbox support via chat again, and ask them to open the work order for you.

I have done this. The question was pushed to a specialist and then when I try to connect, surprisingly, the link doesn't exist...

Thank you for the response, the communities is the last resort as I can't actually get hold of anyone via Xbox support.

If I can't get hold support because it crashes every time, and no one from the community can offer any suggestion, I have an Xbox controller 7 months left of warranty and cannot exchange it because I cant talk to a human who can help me?

When I bought the controller I had no idea that needing to use the warranty would be such a pain.
