    Hey guys!

    So i just wanted to start madden 18 with my main Profile like i usually do, but suddenlich it tells me something went wrong and and i should submit the Code 0x838601e7 on xbox error help (but the Code is not found). after try again did not work, i pressed
    use offline and then i tells me "A Problem occured with your saved games" And that i shoud delete the game, because when ist installed the next time it would sync. automatically with xbox live and i could Play again. But it did not work and as you could imagine
    after i waited 2 hours till it was installed again i was not very pleased...can anyone help me lpease???

    Xbox love gold family

    So why can I my children no longer sign in to xbox live with their gamer tags? All of a sudden they just stopped working. My Main profile works, and still reads that it is a Family Gold Account, but I no longer can view my other Family profiles. Can anyone
    help, the other profiles do not recognize my parent account email and password combo. Only the main profile does. ..????thanks

    Refurbished Xbox 360 will only allow main profile access to downloaded games.

    My son's Xbox 360 was replaced by Microsoft with a refurbished unit. The existing hard drive was installed into the refurb and showed all downloaded games as demos until I deleted and reloaded a game. Now the main profile has full access to our downloaded
    games and the other profiles still can access the games but are still only able to play them as demos. Not sure why but if I download content to the main profile and then change to a different profile it appears as if I have full access to all games until
    I try and open one of them. When I try to open a game the permissions change and show the games as demos again.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Game and DLC are installed on the same drive. Which is the internal HDD

    My profile can open the DLC.

    Other profile can’t.

    Did a clean reboot. But to no solution.

    Weird! Well, I suggest you try this:

    Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

    Open Accounts

    Click Sign-in Options

    Scroll down to Privacy

    Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    Restart your PC!
    Unfortunately, that also didn't work. I appreciate that suggestion. The games work on the other local profile I made last night and that option is turned on for it. There is something wrong with the main profile on my computer that is interfering with its ability to run games from Game Pass, and Game Pass alone. I've played countless games and MMOs from other applications on my main profile.

    Hello Thomas,

    Please make sure that the profile of the second person is also available and logged in your Xbox One.

    Next when you open the game with your main profile, press both View and Menu buttons to open the guide, so you can close your session from that backwards compatible game (not from the Xbox One).

    Afterwards using the controller of the second person to open the guide of the backwards compatible game and log in with that account credentials in order to download / create the profile needed.

    Finally, get back in the game by login yourself in.

    Alternatively you can use the second person profile to launch the Xbox 360 game and create/login with that profile directly.

    I am "happy" to know that other people have same error, because i try every solution: cancel my profile, use a new profile, ri-download my profile on Xbox one and also on 360.

    Nothing work, nothing have sense.

    I try to play a new title on 360 and do some achivements, to test if my profile on Xbox one is update and yes, it is. So my profile Gandino is the same on every Xbox.

    I can cancel from One my profile and download again, my NAT is open and internet connection works fine. What' the problem when i play 360's games?
