Can’t navigate through “My......” website

hello,

I got an email saying I got a MyVIP rewards and needed to claim it. When I did it showed me a glimpse of what I think was the right page then sent me to a “title” page. That page just gave a description, but no way to get off of
it. I couldn’t go back to the page I thought was correct either. This happened on all of the “My......” links. Went to the Welcome page through the navigation menu, but when I clicked on the proper link the same stuff happened. Yes I was signed in, and I tried
visiting the link on numerous occasions. I clicked different links that were in the email with the same results.

Tried everything and still can’t connect to xbox live

for 2 weeks now I have received message ‘can’t connect to Xbox live please try later’ . I have done everything on the website and hard re-set, checked internet, up address etc - pay a months rolling subscription and can’t access it. Can’t get through via
phone as waited and waited. Very frustrating

Any advice ?

my account got suspended and I can’t access online to Xbox enforcement website and I can’t get online and play and also I’m suspended from communication and messages

 

Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser. The option to claim the gems will be on the MyRewards section of the site.
