Can’t move the chat mixer thing it’s gray (p.s I’ve tried the slow going in and it don’t work)

I’ve forward the ports but the issue still exists. Please understand that party chat works fine, game chat works fine. I just can’t adjust the levels in the party chat mixer.

I’ve checked all network tests in the Xbox, it’s confirmed it’s Nat type is Open so all connections are successful.

Someone else has mentioned in Reddit this is due to a recent firmware update on the headphones. Since I don’t remember when I updated my FW, as I routinely do, and I don’t remember when this option stopped working. I wonder whether they are correct.

Hello. I’ve tried all these steps multiple times and contacted support and they still can’t or don’t want to help me.

P.S I have tried unplugging the keyboard and mouse and still the same thing

I’ve tried running the game on steam and Xbox app and eventually it does the same thing. The weird thing is I’ve never had this happen to me

I’ve tried that and I have the update file on a usb but I can’t use it because it’s the wrong format and I don’t have a windows computer

Is the slider grayed out?

If it is you can try putting the headset cord in slowly, and I mean very slowly. If you do it right, you should hear static as it's going in, then it will let you adjust it. Hope this helps!
