can't mgrate minecraft account because it keeps giving an error

everytime I try to migrate my account it gives an error message sending me back to the profile page this is ridiculous..... I have tried 4 times I don't think this function should of even been added because it makes it so alot of us can't even play our game anymore.

Thank you for the assistance I apologize for any wasted time this may of caused ,I thought this was on your guys' end as it's to migrate to Microsoft ,but I had sent Mojang a email just in case I like to cover all my bases
