Can't messge on the xbox app even after the provided solution

This is a Microsoft application. I can not possibly comprehend how Samsung would be able to solve this issue. Its a 3rd party app produced by Microsoft, not Samsung, so the issue here is clearly about an isolated software issue within Microsoft not at
all pertaining to Samsung. Maybe if this app was downloaded from the samsung store would this argument be relevant, but it was from the google play store. Which means in more simple terms this application was developed for the Android platform. So from my
understanding, it was developed not to be device specific. Next time try to give a somewhat reasonable response to this @bretpines question.
