You can find more information about an ongoing enforcement action by signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and selecting your account from the "Viewing enforcement history for" drop-down menu.

• If you think there's been a mistake and you have been wrongfully banned/suspended, the best thing to do would be to submit a case review for your enforcement action. NOTE: Submitting a case review is the only way to get a ban/suspension lifted. Customer support is unable to assist you with bans or suspensions due to not having access to enforcement details.

My nephew can join the party but can’t speak or hear anyone and nobody is muted.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums today. What exact message does the app give you? Are you currently using an adult or child account? Are you trying to send messages or connect to a party chat?

Same, its either i can’t join a party or it says everyone is muted and i can’t unmute them. I was in a perfectly normal party, then everyone left and i restarted my xbox twice and it still doesnt work. Even on xbox app it doesnt work so im trying to message

As far as I can tell it’s not eligible for appeal, I’m able to change my gamer pic on the Xbox app, but I can’t message or join parties
