    Cant make purchases on series x


    i cant make purchases, tried through the xbox store on the items page, give a message saying bank failed to authenticate, tried adding to basket then purchasing, gives a infinite loading screen. Also tried online through the website.

    Why would they make you do that, I’ve already purchased the game!? Do you have to purchase the game for the Series X?

    Are you playing the Xbox One version or the Series X/S version of GTA Online?

    Please make sure your version matches the shark card you purchased. Shark Cards for the Series X/S version will show "(Xbox Series X|S)" in the name in the order history.
