Cant make payment for Xbox Gamertag change

I'm trying to change my Xbox gamertag, but as i go to pay my existing payment options don't appear. When I try to create a new one, I cant change my country/region is locked into United States (I'm in New Zealand). Need help

if you recently changed region on your account you cannot change it again for 3 months.

And you have enough money to change Gamertag? You can not make a change to Gamertago over the Xbox Live Gift Card. You can make a change to Gamertagu via a credit card or PayPal and similar types of payments.

If you change Gamertag for the first time, it's free. If this does not work in this case, try making a change through your computer.

yea this is not kwl there already makin me make a new account and now i cant even change the gamertag common xbox

That is the charge everyone pays for changing a custom gamertag. If you want a new tag you will have to make the payment.

then i got hacked or something because i didnt change it it makes me mad that they cant do anything and i cant even change my freaking gamertag
