    Can’t make my account home Xbox.


    So a few days ago, I went to go try and set my account as a home Xbox and get the error “We are unable to connect to the service at the moment. Try again in a little while” . I waited a few days to see if it will fix, and sadly it didn’t. I looked at other forums with the same problem, which consist of changing your name , location, hard reset Xbox and factory reset . I tried all these options and still nothing . I contacted Xbox and they escalated my case and still nothing if anyone has any clue how to fix this it’ll will be greatly appreciated…��

    What happened with Home Xbox?

    Yes, I know, but, that message is not supposed to appear if I have the “Owner’s account” as home console on my xbox.

    The exact problem is that I can’t make any changes with any account in Home Console because when I try to go to Home Console in Settings it says “The configuration of home console cannot be changed until we connect to the services.”.

    Buddy, please try to make the new Series X console the ne new home Xbox Using the account that own the subscription. if you paid on the subscription on your Brothers Xbox and account the subscription should be on that account and is the one you need to use to set up the home Xbox,

    Here’s how to change your home Xbox:

    1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
    3. Do either of the following:
      • Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox, or:
      • Select Make this my home Xbox and then Remove this as my home Xbox to remove the designation.
    Note Customer support can’t offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.
