    Hello, I recently returned back to play Modern Combat 5, but I am having problem with ingame purchases first purchase was okey without any problems but when i tried to buy ingame currency second time it won't let me because I ahve to autorize it through bank app but when there is supposed to window pop up with timer for me to autorize the payment through my bank up the window that pops up is only black and wont load further. And i tried already some things I was your support recommended to other users for example i tried using wsreset in sreach bar but still the same problem, I checked my card info if its correct or expired but everythnig is alright and even remove the card info from MS store and put it back but nothing helps and I tried to find someone with same problem as me on google but I couldn't find anyone with same problem as me. So I hope that you can help me .

    Likewise. I can't sign in through other apps either. It just shows the pop-up but it is black and then it closes.

    I have the exact same issue. Windows 8.1 and I open SmartGlass (release and beta versions), and get a green window. Then it kind of crashes by minimizing the window but not actually launching, you can click the app to make the green screen pop back up for
    a second only to minimize again but not actually load.
