    Can't lunch doom after installed and error 0x87e1000a


    I bought Doom, I installed the game. But the game is not in my bank game. On the store, it is written that "play" but when i lunch the game, a message error appear whit the code "0x87e1000a". I am blocked here and i can't play.

    If you can help me ... Can't lunch doom after installed and error 0x87e1000a :(

    Cant play online with friends i get errors al the time, that I do not have xbox gold. But that is ****. Because its it expires on 20-3-2018 and I can even download the xbox gold games and play them.

    rebooted xbox a few times.

    Used a prepaid card.

    Hi TomArrow,

    It sounds like your game didn't fully install successfully.

    First, try unplugging your Xbox console from the power supply / power plug for 5 minutes

    then plug it back in and start it back up.. If that doesn't work,

    I would try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.
