And that was exactly what I answered for you, I understand that you know the parents e-mail attached to the account, but the "child" account also had it's own e-mail. There's no way to look that up, which is what I was getting at. If you don't know the e-mail
of that account then there's no way to get into that. You could try contact phone support and see if they are able to look into what accounts are attached to the parental account but that's a long shot. You can't fully ever "delete" an XBOX Live account, you
can only "cancel" it. XBOX Live accounts are stored on the XBOX Live servers for upwards of 7 years, and can be deleted for inactivity at random times. They do sweeps from time to time that deletes "free" tags that aren't being used. The account cannot be
canceled via e-mail or chat, as the website states in order to immediately cancel an account you need to contact phone support.

I made my xboxlive gamertag on my e-mail from school, now i left the school and they deleted my e-mail.

If i wanna change my e-mail, it says i need xboxlive, but if i want to buy xbox live, i need my e-mail. But i can't login onto my email because the school deleted mine.

So the problem is i can't change my mail with the "account" button. I've been looking trough the whole site for hours and couldn't find a solution.

@M f C I HoGGy x - Sorry there's really nothing we can do for you, there's no way to backwards engineer an e-mail address. If you know the password then please try the e-mail addresses that you regularly use and see if you are able to login to the account.
Deleting an account from your XBOX 360 does not delete it from the LIVE servers and it is never fully deleted as there is no way to simply do that. The most you would be able to is cancel automatic renewal. If your unable to locate the e-mail address then
please contact XBOX Support and maybe they can assist you in stopping the money being taken out. If this is unlikely as they would need the e-mail to access to the account then you can contact your bank to put a stop to the payments. Really no other way around

Each Xbox LIVE account only has 1 e-mail associated with it. If you're logging into Xbox.com with this gamertag then it means that you're using the incorrect e-mail to logn, or you've misspelled the e-mail on your other gamertag.

There's no way to terminate a gamertag, you can simply change the e-mail address of it if you wish to do so, but you can't delete it forever. If you wish to change the account you're logged into on a Windows Phone you will need to reset your phone. That is
the only one and only way to login to another Microsoft Account on a Windows Phone.

Assuming you have access to your gamertag on your Xbox 360 console, please do the following to find out what e-mail you should be using to login to Xbox.com and to login on your Windows Phone. From your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Account Information
(3rd Tab) > Account Security > Look to the right, that's the e-mail you should be using to login to your account on Xbox.com/Windows Phone.
