Can’t login to my Xbox account bc of lost password

I need to know how to reset my password without using the forgot my password button because I apparently don’t have enough info to reset it. I can’t go and look at my info because I’m not logged in. Is there a way I could get in contact with someone who works for Microsoft so I could reset it? I would be fine with texting or calling anyone so I could provide proof that this is my account but I just need a way to reset my password.

Unfortunately, no Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts besides the options already available online. If you have an alternative email address or phone number associated with the account, you can reset your password at:

Since the Xbox login is tied pretty heavily with your Microsoft Account.

I would see if you are able to login to the account n the pc, if you can but still can't login on the console I would suggest following the steps in the article below to reset your password.
