Can't login to minecraft account

i tried to login to my account and it said buy again i looked for the transaction history on both my emails and i cant find it i bought the account on the minecraft site but they said that i needed to contact microsoft support

Hi thanks for helping me.

I lost the account it has been hacked and i can't login with my own email. I have the transaction email from minecraft in my mail but i can't login on that account anymore

If you’re seeing a message asking you to buy Minecraft again, it could be due to a bug in the new launcher. You can try removing all accounts connected to the launcher by going to Settings > Accounts > Click the 3 dots > Remove all accounts. Then, log in with the Microsoft account you used to migrate your account and see if that resolves the issue.

I have the same issue, I bought Minecraft for my sister under 13, created an Xbox account for her and she can't even login into the game, only the web web browser, there's no settings we can change into her account because she can't login in the game itself,
only in the browser, and she can't play online at all
