• When was the last time you are able to login successfully without this error message?

- I bought the game on 6th December and had this error since first login

• Have you tried logging with a different account, and checked if it has the same behavior?

- No. I had an old account since 2012 but I cant remember account details so I decided to buy new one

• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Aside from the one's you have already mentioned?

- I downloaded FeedTheBeast launcher and everything worked well (FTB requires microsoft login to play their launcher). Original minecraft still not working for me

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein your Xbox app gave you an error message that it is not supported on your region when you try to sign in using your Microsoft Account.
