Cant login to Epic Games with my Xbox/Microsoft credentials

Hi, I'm trying to login to my Epic Games and it won't allow me to sign in using my Xbox/Microsoft credentials, it keeps saying "code is invalid or expired" yet I never typed a code or even have an option to input a code anywhere, I have tried clearing all cache and it still doesn't work, I have tried in both the browser and the PC application and its the same with both, is this an issue with Microsoft? because I tried contacting Epic Games and now they are just ignoring me because they're support is clearly run by bots that don't understand anything I'm actually saying. and no I am not trying to "link my account" I am trying to sign in WITH my Xbox/Microsoft credentials.

This is an issue with Epic Game's login page, so I'm afraid we can't really assist with this.

When did you contact Epic Games? It may take a few business days to hear back from them.

I also recommend trying a different web browser, device, and network connection if possible.

I login to epic games through my microsoft account and when i try to login on my computer it tells me "There was an error processing the credentials from the external login system. please contact support. and when
i login to my xbox it wont let me sign in either. does anyone know what my problem is?

Were your login credentials put in correctly if you have done that it maybe an epic issue

i have my xbox account but i made my epic account with my xbox live account but when it got hacked they deleted my xbox account of epic so i cant login and epic doesnt care

So to clarify. Its your Epic games account you are trying to recover and NOT your Xbox live profile correct?

If this is the case then the one and only people who have the capability of assisting would be Epic Games support.

Microsoft cannot help you with your Epic Games account.

If Epic games wont assist then unfortunately nothing else can be done.
