I tried sending them emails and posting on their forums but as of september they stopped accepting requests

It appears that you need to recover the your Xbox account that was used to signed in with your Minecraft game. If we may ask, when was the last time you were able to signed in your Xbox account to make sure that your account was not closed due to inactivity?

You will also need an active alternate email where you can be contacted.

Note: Try to fill out the form on where you frequently use or usually sign in your account.
