Can't login on XBOX Cloud Gaming (LG WeBOS)

Hi

When i try to login to Cloud Gaming on my LG TV trough browser (there is no app at the moment) i am getting an error:

"Oops! We hit a snag.

We're sorry but we encountered an issue with your authentication. If the problem persists, please restart your browser and try again"

Problem started few days ago and nothing seems to work for me. It only occurs on LG browser i can easily login and play on PC and Mobile Phone.

I obviously did restart browser, TV and even made factory reset but it didnt help.

Are you using the GeForce Now app or the TV Web browser?

There isn't an official update yet, but I believe it's an issue with the servers.

Have you tried to reach out to LG?

I saw that my LG WebOS was using port 3074 which was what the Xbox was using. I disable that and it appears to have fixed it. I'll look again tomorrow. I've looked at port forwarding and can't seem to figure out how to do it on my router.

Both BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub are on Xbox One

BBC iPlayer is available on pretty much all Smart TV's. The ITV hub might be more tricky. My Sony Bravia Smart TV has ITV but it's locked behind YouView.

I've not used ITV hub on my TV via the built in app as to use it you need to tune in with a digital Ariel. Well at least you do initially. But my TV has a built in Chrome Cast, so I stream via my Android tablet or phone.

I can't say for sure whether the LG uses YouView, but my TV is running Android as its Operating System, the LG TV's have their own OS called WebOS.

I have an LG oled c7 and watch netflix trough webOs .

By doing it this way you should get Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

Microsoft will roll out an sofware update for netflix Dolby Vision shortly.

For the moment Dolby Vision is not supported on the Netflix app via Xbox.

I hope they also update the blu ray player shortly because there is much more content available on 4k uhd blu ray.

LG webOS TV UK6200PUA

It is 4K set at 60 mhz, however I have been playing at 1080.

It is a wired connection with reserved IP. I disconnect all other wireless devices anyway when playing just to get a better bandwidth.

Connection cables are short, 3 feet, Gold Plated Cat8pro.

Now, I have not heard about TV lagging causing in game lagging troubles before. However, thank you for the suggestion, I will check it out.
