Cant login in XBOX LIVE Windows 10

Hello, i have an existent account and subscription to xbox live game pass.

I had to format my computer due to problems with graphic card, then i did install Xbox again and now i cant login.

I did remove all my devices from windows device manager, but im still unable to login. it appears this when i try:

so im not the only who cant sign in the xbox app on window 10 tryed everything think i know and nothing work.,

Yeah, service alert is affecting quite a few people currently. More or less, we have to wait until the issue gets resolved.

same problem, already reset the xbox app, removed my microsoft account, deactivated proxy, updated all apps, installed all windows updates.

i checked teredo via admin cmd:

netsh interface teredo show state

the output was "state: disabled"

i activated it using:

netsh interface teredo set state client

login still doesn't work
