    Cant logging in on my xnox 360


    I was home to visit my family and find my old 360 i now play one xbox one and have live and evetyhing to play on the xbox one but when i am logging in on 360 it says "the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live" but i cant play on the 360

    Hi, in the first instance have you tried removing your profile from the 360? Delete the profile and download it again. Good luck and hope this works.

    Cant logging in on my xnox 360

    The problem may be two-step verification.

    In this case, do not use your password to sign in but you need to set up a new application password. And then this hest will write your password instead of signing up for your Xbox 360 account.
