can't log out of microsoft account in mc windows 10 edition

Just to confirm, you've already migrated your Minecraft account to a Microsoft account, correct?

Please make sure that you're using the correct Microsoft account where you migrated your Minecraft account. You may also review your email history and find the migration details to confirm your correct account.

If you have other Microsoft account, please try to check it as well.

Then try to reset your Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.

Check as well on your PC Settings > Accounts. Make sure it's your correct account that's signed in. Try as well to switch to a local user.

MC Dungeons was purchased post migration.

The account has achievements from MC Dungeons listed on Xbox profile, On my Mojang profile which lists the username on the website, lists MC and MC Dungeons as owned games. I can log into MC without trouble using the same account listed previously but MC Dungeons remains unable to be played or installed.

What I've tried;

* Logging in and out of Microsoft account from PC

* Removing Microsoft account from Xbox & Microsoft store

* Uninstalling & reinstalling Minecraft Launchers (Microsoft store, Mojang installer Windows 10/11 & Windows 8)

* Logging in on another device

None of which has been successful

At some point this account has owned MC Dungeons but it isn't listed on Microsoft's end, Only Mojang's end.

Log in on your microsoft account on the edge browser on both Windows 10 and Xbox One, and the bookmarks should sync.

Edit: Having just checked myself, there is no way to actually do that from Windows 10 to Xbox One, but only from Windows 10 to Mobile..

Is it possible to change in xbox the browser to the opera?

Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10 and log in with the account that purchased the game in the upper right corner.

If an account is already logged in, log out of the account and log in with the account that purchased the game. Then look for the game in the store and install it.

Nothing is in my Xbox purchase history, but I do own Minecraft. I am sure that I used this email to redeem and activate the game. And I log in minecraft.net with my MS account, but it showed that I didn't own MC.

About a few months ago, I logged in the MC launcher, and I could play at that time. Recently, I opened the launcher again, and edited the Xbox profile, then I logged out. But when I logged in again, it showed that the game belonged to a account which appeared as a phone number, and the number started with 150. I am sure that it is not my account.

I am very confused, and, you know, MC is 165 CNY ! (It isn't a cheap game for me)

I tried to log in and log out again and again, but it had no effect.

I am using the laptop and desktop.

I didn't "BUY" MC, but used a redeem code. I was sure that I used this email.
