    Your network hardware may be hung up. Power cycle your network hardware and wait until its fully functional before turning your console back on.

    Try wired ethernet cable instead of WiFi as you may be getting signal loss.

    Hey there PJO'Leary,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on this. If the previously posted troubleshooting steps have not worked, I would make sure that you can log into your account on the website, try changing your password, then removing
    the account on your console and redownloading     it via the cloud back to the console.

    When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.
