    I am trying to log onto my Xbox and it is saying that “we can’t sign you in try again in a few minutes or check service status in Xbox assist” can anyone help? I have no idea what this means

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    Below I'll provide you with potential solutions for both of your issues.

    1. Go to account.microsoft.com - Click on the 'sign in' tab - Try to sign into your account with your email and password.

    We want to make sure everything is okay with your email and password first.

    Next, If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will
    reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up. Hope this helps!

    2. Regarding your headset issues.... have you tried testing the headsets on another controller? The issue might be a within the controller's 3.5mm jack where you plug the headset into. It could be broken internally. They way to confirm
    that would be to try with another controller. I would also suggest purchasing a
    "Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter." That usually resolves this type of problem.
