Can't log on to my account on Xbox, PC or Mobile.

Hello!

For about a week now I have been unable to logon to my account and play on my Xbox Series X, my gaming PC and the Xbox Game Pass app on my phone.

(My 80-something weeks streak on Microsoft Rewards is gone now )

I have absolutely no idea what has happened. April 4th I played Injustice 2 on my Series X via Cloud and the next day I was locked out of my account on my Xbox, PC and Phone and am unable to log in. It says everything works but nothing happens when I try to connect to Xbox Live on the console, when I click Log in on my PC and the Game Pass App on my phone is stuck on the loading screen.

However, I can log in and play through https://xbox.com/play which is the only place I can play anything Xbox-related right now. So my account isn't completely locked off at least.

Many thanks in advance if this can get solved so I can get back to gaming on my console again.

Please try this steps on the console, perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

It worked. I actually did not think it was related to my internet here at home as it did not work on my phone either. But I must have never tried it outside of when I was at home on my Phone so it was always connected to my home wi-fi.

Meh, lost 80 weeks of Microsoft Rewards due to not trying such a quick and easy fix. But ah well. That's on me.

Ok so say i do buy both the pc and mobile game any extra skins or packs i get via PC do i get that on mobile if i log in with the same account? Or is logging in not a thing on mobile

My suggestion is to reset your password.

I have my account on my pc, mobile app, Xbox one, and 360 with no issue to logging in.

I hope you can get access to the 360!

I logged into my account on my mobile phone, or you can on PC, and got a verification code sent to my cell via text message and then entered that code in the box on my phone on my account page, then changed my password, and when I logged back in on my Xbox,
everything worked perfect.

Can't log on to my account on Xbox, PC or Mobile.
