    cant log on to minecraft launcher with another account


    a few days ago my old microsoft account got hacked and i lost complete access to it. i had minecraft on that account. so i bought a new one and also bought minecraft on that new account. when i try to log in to the launcher, it automatically links back to my old account (which i dont have access to) and doesnt give me an option to switch accounts. please help.

    Hey Nicholas, sorry you had trouble with your previous account. I understand you are having trouble logging into your new account with the launcher.

    First, try to use the instructions on this page for logging out of the launcher:

    https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/36...

    After that, you should be able to log in with your new Microsoft account. If it still auto-logs in, try clearing the launcher cache or reinstalling it.
