Im getting the " you can not login right now. your microsoft account doesn't contain information about first name,last name. update your profile and login again "

My name isnt composite, there's not spaces. theres no two names. I tried an outlook alias. I have a first and last name. I tried in safari, I tried in incognito.

what do?

Kinda crazy. You gotta jump through hoops to give the money for a $200 controller.

Your best option would be to get the account holder to contact the
Xbox Support team and as long as they can prove ownership of the account hopefully they will be able to get
Xbox Support to change the E-mail address and reset the password on the account.
