Cant log into xbox

    Cant log into xbox


    I cant log into my xbox even though i know the details are correct.microsoft sends me in a loop of keep changing passwords but still wont let me in after, its frustrating.Can anyone help please.

    Did you tried to power cycle your console? you can find all info how to do it here: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    If doesnt work you can try to remove the profile and add it again. Using the option "Remove accounts" and add it again.
