Can't Log into Xbox Website

Whenever I try to log into my Xbox account on the xbox.com website, I get sent back to the screen I tried to log in from, and I'm not signed in. For example, the other day I was trying to play Fortnite on cloud gaming, I clicked the sign in button, entered my details, then got sent back to the Fortnite page without being logged in. No error messages or anything. I've tried on different computers and different browsers, but its most of the same thing. However, I can still use my Microsoft account and sign into the Xbox mobile and PC app. This problem has been going on for a while now, and it's just annoying to deal with every time.

I was able to successfully log onto the Xbox website on 2 different accounts. Both successes were on my same wifi and computer, so I doubt it's an internet or device issue.

As for the account I'm experiencing the problem on, I have attempted to log in with both different internet and device, but it has the same issue on all.

I'm not sure if this has always been a problem for my account, but I discovered it a few months ago.

To check if the issue is not on the account, try creating a new account and sign in through Xbox website and see if you encounter the same problem. Try also changing connection. If you can connect to mobile hotspot or data or have different internet connection, try connecting your device and sign in to different Xbox website. Let us know if the same problem will occur.

I checked my enforcements, and there were none listed. I have no suspensions or strikes either.

When I tried the Microsoft link, all things seemed to work fine. I was able to log into my account on Microsoft.

Once again, thank you for helping me with this issue, hopefully we can find a solution soon.

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, after trying to reset my cookies and password, I still cannot log into the Xbox website.

To answer your question, the problem doesn't just occur for fortnite or on cloud gaming, it's for all the pages on Xbox.com.

It appears that the problem is related to your account being blocked from signing in through Xbox website. If we may ask, have you received enforcement action for that Xbox account in question? To check, see this link: Enforcements | Xbox Support
