Can't log into Xbox in EA Access Hub

I can log into Xbox perfectly fine normally, but when I try to do so in the EA Access Hub, I get the error: 0x87DD0005. I have tried all the suggested fixes (including restarting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA Access Hub, etc.) listed in https://beta.support.xbox.com.
Now I am completely lost for what to do next.

Hi, thanks for your response. When I said I used the steps listed in https://beta.support.xbox.com, I meant to imply that I had already entered the code 0x87DD0005
into the search bar, leading me to the link you provided: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/errors/error-code-0x87DD0005. Anyway, I've followed
all three of the possible solutions, but none of them seem to be working for me.

If you have kinect say Xbox go to EA access hub or maybe just EA access or if you haven't downloaded it yet say Xbox bing ea access. Reboot always helps too if you have DL'd it.

Can't play BF4, it asks for disc. Rechecked on the access hub and BF4 is now not free just 10% discount. EA rip off already?
