    i have been trying to log into my account and i cant remember my password to save my life.. not only that, my "backup" email was deactivated due to inactivity, my phone number changed and the one associated no longer exists, and due to inactivity on my xbox i cant remember enough to get approved for the questions theyre asking to prove who i am. my MAIN email, is what i use for my account but i cant get a verification through that one? why? what do i do?? this is so confusing and i just want my account back.

    How does microsoft expect customers to stay with their product? Cannot sign onto xbox live and they have no idea there is a problem. No problems with Sonys operating system right now.
