    Can't Log Into Right Account


    My Windows account (that my Windows key is tied to) is different from my Xbox account. When I sign out of the Xbox app and try to sign back in, it auto signs me into the wrong account that has no games, nothing. When I uninstall and reinstall and select the "Not you? Sign into a different account" it literally just signs me into my Microsoft account. I can't access any of my games or anything from this account. I don't understand why this is happening. I've signed into the right account in store. But why doesn't it just give me the option to manually sign in?

    Thank you! I did not know the companion app was a thing and once I did that it worked.

    Instead of trying to log from the Xbox app please use the console companion app to log in, you should be able to log with any account you need to, and once you log there all the Xbox services will be logged with the same account you used

    I have no clue why my account is banned, I haven't used it for a while. yes I'm logged into the right account. Also now its saying "Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later."
