Can’t log into my Xbox fortnite account from pc to get all my skins.

If I may ask, what is the exact error or issue that you're experiencing whenever you're trying to log into your Xbox account on the Epic launcher so I can check that for you?

Epic is giving me the run around. They want you to provide information that i dont have anymore to prove it is my account. And if you log into tour epic account you still can’t find all the information they requested. I purchased all the v-bucks and skins
wjile playing xbox and not logging in to my epic account so the show not account purchases. Or who ever stole the account wiped everything clean. I provided all microsoft purchases showing fortnite v-bucks and skins and nothing from them. Thought i could get
some help on this side.

If I unlink my old Xbox account from Fortnite and link my new account, will all my skins still be there?

just to be sure, on both services you are linked to the same Epic Account? If so then, as far as I know, you should have any items available on the Epic account on both services.

It might take some time to pop up though.
