cant log into my old minecraft account

So i purchased minecraft Java edition about three- four years ago and i swore it was linked to this account and email, but when i logged in it tells me i dont have the game purchased, i dont know how to log into my account because i play on pc and not on xbox but i do remember my game tag if that would help with anything.

It's possible you may have purchased the game under a different account - you can go to your Microsoft account and check your download history - if it's not there, you never used this account to purchase the game. LINK:

HOWEVER you should also be aware that Java Edition no longer exists and was discontinued and replaced by the Java & Bedrock edition. All users were required to purchase the Java and Bedrock Edition to continue playing, and migrate their Mojang accounts to Microsoft accounts by September this year. Whether you migrated your account or not, you will now need to purchase the Java and Bedrock addition, and use your Microsoft account to sign into that. You can find much more information here:

I do not have an xbox anymore i just have my minecraft account on xbox and now that i cant log into xbox minecraft will not let me log in anymore aswell

After getting a new Pc i no longer can log in to my minecraft account. I used my microsoft account with my sons minecraft account.

Now i no longer have acces to my old email and cant log in on my minecraft account. On my old Pc we could switch between the different accounts.

I bought my minecraft back in march 2011 and have literally placed and mined millions of blocks on my favorite MC server, Buying a new account is therefore not something i can do as this will not be associated with all my placements and removals in the server database. My sons account is from november 2014 and both hve been migrated from mojang accounts.

So: I need my minecraft account to be linked to my microsoft account, and my sons to be linked to at new microsoft account we made for him.

I tried for hours now to navigate the support section of Microsoft/Xbox/Mojang but it is a maze and i keep ending up on the same pages with info i cant use.

Please, anyone.... how do i do this?

Unfortunately nothing is transferable between accounts.

Minecraft is installed, only demo mode available, and nothing new. Logged in wit hMicrosoft account and mojang account cant be logged.
