Cant log into my Mojang account on minecraft.net

Every time I try and login to my account it says "You seem to be offline, press reload to try again." then immediately after that, it takes me back to the log in page.

I've been trying to access my account for a while and at the moment, I cant migrate my account due to this. Another thing to add is when I go to my accounts tab in my Minecraft launcher it displays my name, "_Resi" and next to it it says "ACTIVE" I dont know what the problem is.

I've owned this game for upwards of 5 years, and migrated to a microsoft account. It no longer allows me to use my mojang account to log into minecraft.net, instead forcing me to use the mojang account.

You can transfer your Minecraft account to another account by migrating your Mojang account to a new Microsoft account. You can do this by logging into minecraft.net with your Mojang account and clicking MOVE MY ACCOUNT on your profile page.

Hi there, it sounds like that this may be an issue with the account itself. Are you able to log onto minecraft.net and see your purchases there? Since they're possibly two different accounts on Windows vs Switch, they may not display the same items.

I can log into minecraft.net, but it doesn't show any of my purchases there, I don't believe it ever has.

The issue I have is with the Bedrock edition with Win10, Switch, etc, which is linked to my microsoft (xbox) account. All the purchases have been made on that, and now they're not showing.

I've talked to Microsoft, they've admitted that they cannot do anything, so deferred me to Mojang. And Mojang just don't reply to anything.
