Can't log into my Minecraft account on my PS5. Says I am logged in somewhere else.

I am trying to log into my Minecraft account on my PS5 with my microsoft account. I keep getting an error that says I am logged in somewhere else with a username that i don't even recognize. I only have one microsoft account and I can log in on the microsoft website with it. I can also go to the Minecraft website and log in with it. I just can't log into my Minecraft account on my PS5 with it. I really need help so I can play again. I don't know why this is happening. I was logged in and then it did an update and this happened. Thank you for any help.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft once it has been linked;

Hi, yes it does. It shows the new gamertag. However, when I try to log in to Minecraft on the PS5 it says I already have an account linked, showing my previous gamertag.

I think so. They are logged into Minecraft on their iPhones. Is that what you mean, or do I need to log them in somewhere else?

Where would I go to know if they are logged in to their xbox accounts?
