Can't log into my microsoft store or any app due to it "not existing" however can't create...

To ensure that your account is not the source of this issue, kindly login using a different device through a browser using this link and login using the same Microsoft account that you use in Microsoft store.

Once confirmed, continue to these steps to clear the cache of your Microsoft store:

Reset the Microsoft Store in Windows 10:

Open Settings by pressing Win + I

Select Apps

Select Apps & features

Find Microsoft Store and select it

Select Advanced options

Scroll down and select Reset

Confirm by selecting Reset again

For Windows 11, you may go to System > System Components > Microsoft Store. Click on the 3 dots and click Advanced options then click on Reset.

Once done, kindly try to login again.

I also can't log in on the microsoft store. I created a different account on my computer with admin privleges and a local login. It was able to log in on both the xbox app and the microsoft store. So how do I fix my main account to allow me to log in on
that?

Not to mention because my account classes as suspended from a payment being due. however I can't change my payment method because of the fact there is a payment due but the card it wants to use (my old one) no longer exists.

And because there is balance due on a suspended account I can't add xbox subscription time and to top it off I still have to use parental *** because I can't change my account to adult until my Xbox Live subscription is fixed.

*** microsoft a massive *** I will most certainly not be purchasing anymore xbox or other microsoft consoles.

I'm not really sure how to answer that. I am logged into the Microsoft Store with my Microsoft account. I am logged into the Solitaire app with my Xbox account. I think they are the same, but I can't swear to it.

No because I can't even access the Microsoft app store. However on other apps like epic games, it works.
