Can’t log into Minecraft

I have previously asked for help with this issue. Microsoft do not appear to have a method to speak to any sort of Minecraft support, not from the UK at least, and directs me only to these forums for assistance. Unfortunately, the assistance so far has only served to provide me with the same steps to take as I have managed to find, and already tried, from a google search or 20, none of which have worked.

When I attempt to log into Minecraft (Bedrock edition) on PC, I get the following error

**Failed to Login

We could not sign you into your Microsoft account.
Access to Realms, Profiles and your Marketplace
items will be limited. Please try again later.

Error Code: Drowned**

This has been the case for a number of days now and despite trying all the online fixes for this issue, including deleting and reinstalling the game, updating Windows to the latest version, installing and signing into different XBOX windows applications, I have been unable to fix it. What I really need is a support person who has access to my account to look into it but I’m not sure that level of support exists since the move away from Mojang providing the support

I understand that you are having trouble logging into Minecraft Bedrock Edition and that you have tried several solutions without success.

Verify your account: Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account you purchased Minecraft with.

Reinstall the game: Although you mentioned that you've already tried this, sometimes it can help to remove the game from your system, restart your PC, and then download and install the game again

Launcher Settings: Open the launcher, go to settings > accounts > click the 3 dots and delete all accounts connected to the launcher. Then, go back to the sign-in screen, sign in with the Microsoft account you used to migrate your account, and see if that resolves the issue.

If you are still having problems, I would recommend that you contact Minecraft support for further help

Although Mojang no longer provides support, Microsoft should be able to help you with issues related to your Microsoft account.

I know but I can’t log into the account that owns the game. This current account and the one that owns Minecraft are tied to the same email. But I cannot remember the name of it. So I’m wondering if I can get the account that owns Minecraft’s name back so I can log in and reinstall Minecraft.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed yet. Just downloaded minecraft for my sister and created a microsoft account for her. The app keeps crashing. It can’t login to her account and crashes during log in. When I skip login it crashes in settings.

I can’t believe the state this app is in... I don’t remember Minecraft being this unstable before it was under microsoft. There are reports from october and here I am months later still having the same problem...

Latest ios version, latest minecraft version. The game is unplayable. Can’t believe you are asking money for this...

Game only works with wifi turned off.

How come when i try to log into my minecraft on my console it always says it failed to log in?

Hi, I had the same issue for over a week. I was finally able to fix mine today by doing the following:

- Press PS button to go to main Playstation screen, outside Minecraft.

- Then go to settings (PS settings. The briefcase icon)

- Go to storage

- Click on Saved data

- If Minecraft is running it will warn you that Minecraft will be shut down. Click ok, No problem.

- Select Minecraft

- Select “Saved Data”

- Delete all files in there that are not named just Minecraft. (The files named Minecraft are your saved worlds/realms, so don't delete those)

- Once deleted just launch Minecraft again. Mine took around 5 mins to start, probably downloading updates that we just deleted, but once it started I got an option to sign in with Microsoft account, got that code to go to aka.ms/remoteconnect and this time
it worked.

- Do a happy dance and reply here saying. Boom!!!!
